The GateWorks Office Solution
Gateworks Office Suite is designed for users operating outside of Home Owner Associations and property management groups. The key objectives to this software package are to optimize access control and to assist with visitor management. The system has the ability to manage a single company across multiple sites or multiple companies in one corporate center. Office visitors and package management are the sole authority and responsibility of the desktop user. This system expedites the processes and provides detailed tracking and report modules.

Barcode Scanning
Visitors of the respective company are registered online by the employee. The system will then email the expected guest the confirmation and a barcode for the upcoming visit. Upon arrival the visitor is processed by scanning the pre-issued barcode. Their photo is then taken, a badge is printed and notification is sent to the expecting employee.

Daily Delivery Management
Daily deliveries are processed with the barcode scanning hardware. The package is scanned and the recipient is selected from the employee database. An email notification is sent to the expecting employee which contains a barcode confirmation that their package has arrived. The employee then prints the notice and brings it to reception for pick-up.

Access Control
The GateWorks custom access control system allows management or administrators to assign specific access schedules for office entry ways. Using the GateWorks office management software, the office locking system can be programmed to regulate all employee and visitor access.
