Gateworks High Rise Software includes a number of modifications necessary for the high rise business or residential environment. Employees and residents are able to enter and track service requests for the building. Employee job reports are generated on a daily basis, helping improve maintenance efficiency. A detailed package delivery and tracking system is also an important feature for helping to optimize daily operations.

Service Requests
With the Service Request function, residents are able to submit online requests for all necessary maintenance. The progress of the requests will be accessible by residents and employees as they are processed. Users are able to view the status and are notified when the request is completed.

Daily Delivery Management
Daily deliveries are processed with the barcode scanning hardware. The package is scanned and the recipient is selected from the employee database. An email notification is sent to the expecting employee which contains a barcode confirmation that their package has arrived. The employee then prints the notice and brings it to reception for pick-up.

Access Control
The GateWorks custom access control system allows management or administrators to assign specific access schedules for office entry ways. Using the GateWorks office management software, the office locking system can be programmed to regulate all employee and visitor access.
